Welcome to Dreamcurls Hair Co. ("Dreamcurls," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using dreamcurls.co (the "Site") or buying any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
We make every effort to display product details, colors, and pricing accurately. Slight color variation between screens is normal. Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion — for example if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full within 3 business days.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier receives the package. See our Shipping page for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Our 30-day "best hair" guarantee is described on our Returns page. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.
Bridal-party and bulk orders (8+ sets) are eligible for a discount code. Bulk-discounted orders are still covered by the standard 30-day return policy, applied per-unit.
Dreamcurls is a personal hair-styling accessory. It is not a medical device. Use as instructed — do not sleep in it if you have a neck or spinal condition that prohibits use of headwear during sleep. Discontinue if you experience hair breakage, scalp irritation, or any discomfort. Results vary by hair type, technique, and condition.
All content on this Site — logos, designs, text, photos, videos, source code, and the Dreamcurls name — is owned by Dreamcurls Hair Co. or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
If you submit reviews, before/after photos, testimonials, or other content to the Site or our social channels and tag us, you grant Dreamcurls a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamcurls, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to indemnify and hold Dreamcurls harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Charleston County, South Carolina, except either party may bring small-claims actions in small-claims court.
