Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. After that, the next business day. Tracking goes out by email the moment your package leaves our Charleston warehouse.

United States

• Standard (3–5 business days) — Free on orders over $35, $4.95 otherwise
• Express (1–2 business days) — $11.95 flat
• Weekend processing — Available November–December for the holiday rush

International

• Canada — 4–7 business days, $10.95 flat
• UK — 6–10 business days, $14.95 flat
• EU — 7–12 business days, $16.95 flat
• Australia & New Zealand — 9–15 business days, $19.95 flat
• Rest of world — Calculated at checkout

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country. The rod ships as a fabric accessory — usually customs-friendly.

Tracking

Every order ships with USPS or UPS tracking. You'll get a link by email when it's in transit, and updates in real time as it moves.

Lost or damaged packages

The rod is soft so damage is rare, but if your set arrives crushed or with the satin torn, email a photo to orders@dreamcurls.co within 7 days. Replacement ships same day. No need to return the damaged set.

Gift orders & bridal bulk

We ship gift orders without invoices in the box, and we offer bridal-party bulk discounts (8+ sets). Email orders@dreamcurls.co for the bridal code.

Address changes

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we can usually still update the address. Once shipped, the carrier owns the route.
