Try Dreamcurls for at least three nights. Most people get their best curl by night two — there's a small learning curve to the wrap. If after three honest tries you don't love the curls, send the set back within 30 days. Full refund, prepaid return label, no questions, no restocking fees. We'd rather you bounce than have it sitting in your bathroom drawer.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@dreamcurls.co with your order number and one line about what didn't work.
2. We send you a prepaid USPS return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop it at any USPS location — the soft pouch fits in a blue mailbox.
4. Refund hits your original payment within 3–5 business days of arrival.

What qualifies

• Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
• Rod, scrunchies, and pouch returned (light wear is fine — we expect you to try it)
• One satisfaction return per household per 12 months

Damaged on arrival

If the rod arrives torn, the satin frayed, or the foam crushed, photograph it and email us within 7 days. We ship a replacement same day, no return needed.

Exchanges

We sell one size (it adjusts to all heads), so exchanges are rarely needed. If yours came with a missing scrunchie or wrong pouch color, email us and we'll ship the right one free.

International returns

We accept returns from any country we ship to. International customers pay return shipping; refund processes within 5 business days of receipt.

The 3-night ask

The wrap technique takes one or two nights to get right — most "didn't work for me" reviews come from a single try. Three nights gives you a real read. If it still doesn't, refund's on us.
